We begin with a detailed consultation to discuss project requirements and conduct a site measure. This allows us to create an existing conditions plan and a preliminary design for client review.
Based on the feedback received, we refine the preliminary design into a basic elevation and revised concept floor plan for client approval. If required at this stage, we can also provide a budget estimate to ensure the project stays within financial expectations.
Once client provides final approval of preliminary designs, then working drawings are finalised.
We prepare engineering drawings, energy rating reports, and soil test reports required to accompany the working drawings, ready for building permits and construction tenders.
With completed documentation, we offer a free no-obligation quotation for construction. Our team manages the entire build process, delivering a high-quality, whether it be an Extension & renovation, Custom new home or unit development ready for occupancy.
